The production process is entirely dry, reducing assembly times by between 30% and 60% compared to traditional construction methods. It also leads to water savings, reduced waste and improved working conditions in the factory.

The system is flexible, allowing architects to adapt the layout to the specific requirements of each project whilst maintaining the same underlying structure. In terms of aesthetics and functionality, it features a continuous skirting board and concealed joints, ensuring that the flooring throughout the home is also seamless.

The self-supporting structure is lightweight and can be standardised. The reduction in weight leads to greater loading and transport efficiency (lower fuel consumption and emissions), easier manoeuvrability and a reduction of up to 50% in the time taken to position the structure on site.
